How it works

Once you have made the decision to use our service and have reviewed our non-exclusive listing agreement, a member of our staff will come out to view and photograph your property. Find out more

What it costs

We charge 1 months rent for the procurement of a tenant on an executed one-year lease or 1 ½ months rent for a two year lease. You do not pay if you procure your own tenant. Find out more
